Sadly, I cannot make the first one, but know it could be very useful. Believe it or not, yesterday, I had to explain to Ian (mid-race) that a port boat has to stay clear of a starboard boat !!!! It gets better - he wasn't sure I was right!
I have done this bike ride loads of times. If you are planning to go, you need about 30 minutes for a comfortable ride. Its completely flat and a lunatic could probably do it in half the time. I am definately up for the second and third one.
